Grants worth up to $5,000 available to Missouri farmers for Outdoor Wood furnaces

Energy efficient upgrades are eligible including Wood Gasification Furnaces, Radiant Barrier Reflective Foam insulation and many other energy efficient upgrades. The grant will pay up to 75 percent of the cost of equipment to be purchased for the improvements. Farmers receiving the grant would pay the remaining 25 percent.The deadline for applying for the grant is April 20, 2010.
